 WAIVER OF CLAIM: In  consideration of my entry, the undersigned, certify that I am medically able and adequately trained to participate in the Byers Bicycle Bash, and do hereby assume full and complete responsibility for any injury or accident which may occur during my participation in this event. I hereby release the organizers, officers, and volunteers on this event from any claims, demand rights, or causes, present or future, whether known, anticipated, or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of, or incident to, in whole or in part, my participation in this  event. I agree to operate my bicycle in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas and event rules. It is my responsibility to wear a helmet during this event.
